New Habbits

Good morning loves,

Ok so to start off I’m feeling crappy and terrible. Reason for that is I didn’t go to the gym this morning 😦 It’s become such a part of my daily routine that it’s weird that I didn’t go this morning, weird, I know lol. I went out last night to celebrate my good friend’s birthday and got home so late that when my 4:45am alarm went off I didn’t hear a sound. Oh check us out

This woman has been there with me through it all so I definitely had to celebrate with her. Anyhooooo. so I didn’t make it to the gym but I guess that’s ok. I can be allowed a rest morning :D. The good thing is that this is finally becoming a part of my routine, a habit even and I’m loving it. I saw this quote last night which made so much sense to me IMG_7576

It all made sense when I decided for shits & giggles to do a side by side of the Kardashian Kollection dress I wore to NYE dinner and when I wore it last night just to see if I can see any difference, As humans sometimes we can’t see the changes in ourselves. So here goes my side by side.

This made me smile a little. It’s not a huge difference but it’s progress nonetheless and I hope the next time I wear this dress, I’ll seen an even bigger change. Until then I’ll keep with my workouts, eating as clean as possible & staying positive.

Personal Training!!!

Omgggg so I decided to take the plunge and invest in my health. I’ll be 30 in October and decided that I need to take care of myself more, get healthy and lose weight. So I met with him, paid him 2 weeks in advance just so I would be accountable. I woke up, got ready and was determined to be great

This is the end of the first week & this is the best thing I could’ve ever done. My endurance is getting up to a good level so is my strength. I can’t wait to see my results in 4 months
